The Cherry Blossom Terrace at the hotel was simply enchanting. It felt like being in a fairytale garden, with beautiful flowers and cozy seating areas. I spent hours there, sipping my morning coffee and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to start the day with a touch of magic.
Price change issue.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. the room was comfortable and exactly as described. the hotel surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a great value stay in Kyiv.
Breakfast service could be improved.

During my recent transit in Kyiv, I stayed at Otel Apartments. The property's location was very convenient for me as it was situated only 12 km away from both Kiev Train Station and Kyiv Central. Being close to these transportation hubs made it easy for me to catch my next train and explore the city without any hassle.
When I arrived, I noticed that the price per night had been changed, and it was almost double the original price.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and having utensils was handy. The staff was polite and supportive. The location was convenient as it was close to public transport and easy to get around the city.
The communication with the staff was difficult due to the language barrier. The shower was too small and there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the toilet.
